At Bloom & Flow, based in Dartford, Kent, our private hypnobirthing classes offer a truly bespoke and flexible way to prepare for your baby’s birth. Designed around your individual needs, these one-to-one sessions give you the space and personal attention to explore hypnobirthing at your own pace — perfect if group course times don’t suit your schedule or if you’d prefer a more private learning environment.

Whether you’re planning to give birth at Darent Valley Hospital, Maidstone Birth Centre, Medway Hospital, the PRUH, or Pembury, private sessions ensure your course is completely tailored to you, your birth preferences, and your circumstances.

Your private hypnobirthing course blends evidence-based education, relaxation techniques, breathwork, and positive mindset tools to help you approach labour with calm confidence and trust in your body. You’ll also learn how your birth partner can support you effectively, how to stay relaxed and in control during labour, and how to make informed decisions throughout your birth journey.

Because these sessions are private, you’ll have the freedom to:

Choose class times that fit around your lifestyle, work, or childcare commitments.

Focus on the areas that matter most to you — whether that’s managing anxiety, preparing for a specific type of birth, or building partner confidence.

Ask questions openly in a comfortable, relaxed setting.

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, the Bloom & Flow Private Hypnobirthing Course is suitable for all birth experiences — from vaginal or water births to VBACs and planned caesareans. It’s the perfect choice if you want a calm, confident, and deeply personal approach to birth preparation. To book a course simply get in touch with some suggested class dates.

client review

”My first baby was born in lockdown, and although I had a good experience that resulted in a c-section, for my second birth I wanted a natural, water birth. The Bloom and Flow hypnobirthing course helped me and my partner learn how to advocate for ourselves when we were being pushed towards an induction, as well as all the knowledge we needed to help prepare for a VBAC. We felt calm during pregnancy, and excited as we prepared for birth.”

client review

Hi! My name is Colleen, and I have been teaching hypnobirthing classes in Dartford, Kent since 2016. I completed my hypnobirthing teacher training whilst on maternity leave with my first baby, after having a water birth at Darent Valley birth centre.

I absolutely love working with expectant parents in my local community, to help them prepare for birth and to have the best start possible to becoming parents.

My business has grown a lot since 2016 – I now offer pregnancy yoga, post natal yoga, pregnancy retreat days and free social meets for new parents. I have also won the Dartford business award for ‘best for the community’ two years running.

I can’t wait to welcome you to the Bloom and Flow community.
