One Hour of Yoga
Begin your day with a gentle yet invigorating yoga session designed to stretch, strengthen, and calm your mind. Suitable for all levels, this practice will help release tension and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Guided Relaxation
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with a calming guided relaxation session. This peaceful experience will allow you to center yourself, bringing you into the present moment and letting go of stress.

Mindfulness Activity: Paint by Numbers
After yoga and relaxation, enjoy a mindful Paint by Numbers activity. This relaxing and therapeutic art session allows you to focus, engage your senses, and experience the joy of creating something beautiful — without any pressure, no artistic skill required!

Afternoon Tea
To round off your retreat, enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in the stunning surroundings of the Inn on the Lake. Indulge in a selection of teas, finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, and an array of sweet treats — all while enjoying the tranquil views of the lake.

Have Questions?

If you have never done yoga before, do not worry! Each pose is progressive, meaning that a pose suitable for beginners is offered as well as adaptations for those who are more experienced. Where you take the pose, is up to you.

The only equipment that you will need is something to practice on, preferably a yoga or exercise mat. If you do not have a yoga mat you can use a beach towel. There are a couple of mats available in class to borrow, but please ask in advance for availability.

Yoga is practiced bare foot so you do not need an special shoes, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. You might want a drink handy during the class, a cushion to sit on and a blanket for the relaxation at the end of the class but these are all suggestions and personal preference. Any other props that you might need are supplied.

Yes, the venue has a large car park that is free to use all day.

Yes, once you are booked on to the event you will be asked to complete a quick health and back ground questionnaire. On here you can select vegetarian, gluten free or vegan options as well as flagging any allergies.

This event is run and hosted by Colleen Stewart, who has completed 200 hours yoga teacher training in hatha and vinyasa yoga, as well as 85 hours pre and post natal yoga teacher training and 25 hours advanced post natal yoga teacher training. Colleen is passionate about brining the local community together, especially through wellness and mindulness.

As this is a one off event no refunds or class changes are available once booked. The booking link will ask you to pay in full to secure your place, if you would like to spread out payments then make a request through the contact page.

A discount is applied for classes booked in a block of four. If you are four weeks or less from your due date you can pay weekly at the reduced rate, simply arrange a direct payment in advance with your teacher.
